Management Changes

Vienna - Martin Füllenbach has started as Chairman of the Management Board (CEO) of
Semperit AG Holding as of 1 June 2017. Thus, the Management Board of the
internationally operating rubber company consists of Martin Füllenbach (CEO),
Frank Gumbinger (CFO) and Michele Melchiorre (COO).

Born in Germany, Martin Füllenbach (49) studied economics and business
organisation in Munich, and gained his doctorate in financial sciences at the
University of Nuremberg. As an international top manager, he has many years of
leadership experience in long established industrial companies. Prior to joining
Semperit, Füllenbach was CEO of Oerlikon Leybold Vakuum in Cologne and, in
addition, member of the Group Management Board of OC Oerlikon in Switzerland. He
has profound know-how in central strategic questions as well as high expertise
in reorganisation issues, which have contributed to a sustainable company
success even in a weak economic climate.

pleasure, and I am particularly fascinated and impressed by the company's roots,
which go back almost 200 years. I am looking forward to contributing my

challenging market and company situation," says Martin Füllenbach on his new
engagement with Semperit.

As Chairman of the Management Board, Martin Füllenbach is responsible for the
Medical and Industrial Sectors as well as for Communications, Compliance,
Corporate Development & Strategy and Human Resources.
